Account information: your email address, display name, and password credentials, stored with Firebase Authentication.

Profile and marketplace data: graves you add (deceased name, cemetery, plot details, notes), care requests, quotes, orders, chat messages, and reviews, stored in Firebase (Cloud Firestore).

Location data: cemetery addresses and coordinates you look up via Google Maps/Places, and caretaker service areas.

Photos: grave photos and proof-of-service photos you upload, stored in Firebase Storage.

Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. Providers complete identity verification (KYC) through Stripe Express. Wispkin never stores full card numbers or bank details.

Device data: push notification tokens and basic diagnostics needed to deliver notifications and keep the app working.

To operate the marketplace: matching care requests with caretakers, delivering quotes, orders, chat, and reviews.

To process payments and pay out caretakers via Stripe, including our 15% mediator fee.

To send push notifications about quotes, order updates, and messages.

To vet caretakers, resolve disputes, and keep the platform safe.

Stripe: payment, payout, and identity-verification data required to process transactions.

Google: address text you type is sent to Google Maps/Places to provide autocomplete and map previews.

Firebase (Google Cloud): hosts our authentication, database, storage, and push notification infrastructure.

Other users: requesters and caretakers see the information needed to fulfil an order (e.g. grave location, display name, reviews). We never sell your personal data.

We keep your data while your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact support@wispkin.com. We will respond within 30 days.
